1999 Isuzu Rodeo

Just emerging from the major face lift it received in the previous year, the 1999 Isuzu Rodeo pops out another surprise this year with the inclusion of a new trim in its line up. Isuzu juggles minor standard and optional equipment for 1999, making items from last year's S V6 preferred equipment package standard on the LS, and last year's LS equipment standard on a new trim level called LSE.

Three trim levels are available for the 1999 Isuzu Rodeo: S, LS and the newly introduced LSE. The basic Rodeo has two-wheel drive and a 2.2-liter four-cylinder engine. Upgrade to the S V6 and a 205-horsepower, 3.2-liter unit drives you along with dynamism. Its very capable 4 wheel drive can turn this mild mannered city dweller into a raging off road conqueror in just a single push of a button. While it does not exude luxury, the 1999 Isuzu Rodeo is not supposed to. It is a midsize SUV and it has done its job well. The Rodeo should be at the top of your shopping list if your in the market for a mid size Sport Utility Vehicle.
